Got my "fix it" email two months ago, fixed it and wrote reply emails regarding both fixes to the Delta Pilot Selection Team in a few days time. It has been been crickets ever since, but I guess like a lot this, the "fix it" email is shrouded in mystery (other than the fact I needed to fix a few items in my app).

Is it possible there is a time period that elapses before they revisit the app after sending out the fix it? I received a fix it in January, replied back, and nothing since. I think someone asked a similar question at WAI during the Delta hiring Brief, but can't recall AK's reply.

It is possible. My buddy got his fix it email, fixed his app, replied to the email, and got the email invite to interview 2 weeks later (Fall 2013). I got my fix it email in mid to late Feb 2014, fixed my app, replied to the email, and got the email invite to interview also 2 weeks later (March 2014). My situation was also probably helped in that I met AK at WAI, and perhaps that meeting helps push things along since the invite came just days after WAI.

Got the invite email May 15, called same day, and scheduled a Jun 26 interview (1st available). Anyone else same day?
No fix-it prior.

Congrats Herkey! Youre gonna do great. Military pilots batted 1.000 this week, all were hired. Study hard, knock out the interview prep and do your daily lumosity training, let me know if you need any help.

Received similar e-mail for updated Military training on 19 Mar 2014. Filled all gaps (to the day) for any aviation/leadership training received and returned a "Thank you for the opportunity" email on the 21st. Now living in the glass half full world! Will post if/when I hear something.

If there were a line of those that received the fix it email and haven't heard anything you'd be pretty far back.

This is my understanding of how DL looks at apps. Lets say there are 1000 apps. They look at first 100, send "fix it" emails and invites as they desire. Then they look at the 200 hundred group, then 300 etc, etc. As they move forward in the groups they do not look back. So all those that fixed their apps and then didn't hear anything may have to wait until they go through all the apps, to 1000 in my example, before they start working at #1 again and eventually return to you.
With me it was easy, they looked at my college grades, said "yea right" and moved on.

I believe at WAI, if one didn't have at least a 3.0, there had better be something else on the reseum. IE, LCA, ground instructor, whatever. Otherwise not much face time was given, even with a fast pass.
