ULTRARUNNER,
Glad to hear you got it fixed. I hope you get the call soon. I had a few errors in my stuff after I was "absolutely certain" it was 100% accurate. It took a buddy giving it a second look to find a few things I missed. It is easy to miss stuff on airlineapps.
Good luck!

There's a "living in Atlanta" thread somewhere that has some good info for you. I just bought in Fayetteville off Redwine Road.
Schools were huge deal for us too, Fayette county schools are good.
I met plenty of sim instructors that lived on North side and made the drive work. Didn't sound too fun to me. Woodstock looked nice and I think the drive is ok (for North side), though the braves are building a stadium up that way.
Good luck

According to the "Derg" on JC, Delta wants applicants that volunteer with outside activities, not with the best aviation qualifications.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
So far, it seems that "the key" is volunteerism.

Helpful, sure. Important, maybe. "Key?"....not seeing it.

The Derg is a Delta Captain that runs his own website "mentoring" his "boys" who are mostly CFIs and regional pilots.
He entices them with photos of him when he was an ER f/o of the exotic layovers and lavish crew meals. The "boys" fall at the Derg's knees wanting to be the first in line to kiss his ring in hopes that he'll bless them with a rec to DAL. Pretty creepy actually.

The others were easy.
I'm making the assumption all is good by the absence of any additional 'fix-it' emails....

From: 7ER B...whatever that means.
For the non-Mother Teresa types out there, a ray of hope. I actually do some volunteering, but I didn't any on my Delta app--as others have said it's not obvious where to put it and it didn't occur to me it mattered.
