Limited SSP
EtD program
Cancel EtD, extend SSP to ALL pilots
Cancel EtD, offer retention bonuses.

I would bet it's a new SSP. All pilots included, panel only, college degree required. This is supposedly what management wanted during the bankruptcy negotiations.

You can have all the programs you want, but they're useless if nobody takes advantage of them...

Had a fine, upstanding, young Endeavor F/O on the jumpseat last week who was prepping for the interview he was offered a few days before. Said he was amazed that the offer had come to him so soon given his postion down the list, but according to him, a large percentage of guys above him weren't even putting in the paperwork.

It doesn't sound like they are competition. If one is offered an interview but doesn't take it do they really want the job?
