I've heard some 15 Oct interview folks did NOT make the 27 Jan class; it looks like all CPZ and Mesaba flows made it to the 13 Jan class?

Confirm anyone?

First Compass flows have not been given any info since mid October. The info was to see if were interested in flowing only replying to the email if we were passing on the flow.


It would make sense for the Compass guys to be in the 13th.
Rumor was Compass will let 10 flow in Jan the others in Feb

My understanding is ssp is 1/3 of off the street spots in each month up to max of 13.
so if there are classes for 50 in jan and 20 are compass and 9 are mesaba that leaves 21 off the street positions 1/3 = 7ssp and 14 other poolies

Compass folks... Are you bidding normally for January? It seems like they would have tried to arrange your departure dates before bidding.

I was told by one of the guys going in January that they took 5 ssp guys for the January 27th class.

yes they are, but it doesn't mean much because the company will work them until 3 days prior to class and then dump the rest of their trips. If they let them go...

All quiet on the Compass front. One rumor says half of the 20 will be on property at Delta in Jan, the other says 30 day holdback for all 20. Everyone is bidding normally as of now, but bids haven't closed yet. And in 2010, I think those guys got 2 or 3 days off max before reporting to DAL.

They only gave me 2 days off before class, but there was more notice. I can't remember but it seemed like several weeks notice on the class. Of course with a 90 day hold back we actually participated in AE awards before ever setting foot on property. That is fairly abnormal.
