If this chart is correct it tells me that Delta will eliminate (Rejection is the wrong word) about three applicants every interview. It's appears to be a "quota" system where some excellent candidates are being turned away.

The 5.3 per 8 only represents the ratio that is based on numbers (in total) that have been passed around. I wouldn't read anything into it.

Word around the water cooler is that Compass guys will be held back 60 days should allow for more off the street in Jan and Feb

All 20 of you?

Do Endeavor SSPs have an annual cap like the Compass crews do?

No they don't, only monthly at 1/3 of all street hire positions up to a max of 12. Also don't forget about the former Mesaba flows as well. Next 9 per month after the 20 Compass guys. I believe there are only 60-70 of them left though.

There is no quota. It is a points based system and everyone who passes the tests and scores the threshold in the face to face is offered the job... it can be none or it can be all or anywhere in between.

Got it. How many Endeavor pilots are entitled to SSP?
