Anyone know what first year pay is these days?
Is it a flat rate or hourly, depending on which airplane you end up on? |

68.08 an hour on all FO positions, but you're on the new hire 3775 a month until you finish OE. Then its standard hourly pay like normal after that.

Is that the same rate as 2013 or did it increase? (For some reason, I thought first year pay would be over $70 an hour by 2014.)

So those hourly rates are set, no matter what you're flying, for the first year, then....
I guess you go to year 2 pay on what you are on, i.e. 717/MD88/A320? And are the going to be putting all the new hires on the 717, or are they going to spread them out to some of the other fleets? |

Newhires are being spread out to open positions on the 717, 88, 320, and 73N. I'm looking forward to the Feb 1 seniority list update and finally seeing NBC NEW B's on there again! |
