Are we the vocal minority? Is this thing going to pass? I personally am a permanent no voter that will never fill out another survey, but I really did believe at a minimum, this TA would raise our wages more than C2012 did. There are concessions in there related to sick leave and the JV that even I didn't see coming. I also didn't see the profit sharing hit being as big as it was. I figured another 2 percent like C2012. Is it really as bad as it seems? Is there any chance of this being the first TA ever voted down at Delta?

I personally feel its a vocal minority on here voting no. I am yes voter cause i believe this TA rewards us with huge raises, fixes the sick time issues, produces more productive lines so folks arent sitting around at home jerking off while geting paid and if the company doesnt make as much money we at least have our big raises and dont have to worry bout profit sharing.
