You can do the professional thing. The right thing. The moral thing.

Or, you can vote 'yes'......you selfish tools.
Right as usual Bob. I'm sorry for my selfishness. I don't know what came over me.

I've taken a lot more than that. That's why I am confident we add the frontline employees to our leverage. If frontline employees aren't happy, then how do we get the J. D. Power award next year?

slooooowwww down. Read this post again. A sizable bonus to front line employees instead of a rate raise? Really?

It's not a fools errand to count on:

1. Current profit Sharing
2. Current profit sharing calculations
3. Current scope language
4. Current sick leave language
5. Current FO LCA trip language

as a hedge against being parked. Did this just slip your mind Shiznit?

Sailing is showing offline now. He must need some time to go get the rebuttal. I wonder if it's the companies or ALPAs advise he is seeking? In anticipation of it, Contract Awareness Bulletin 15-05. It worked and is now precedent. Finally a precedent in our favor.

Update: now shiznit is offline too. Are they comparing notes or conferring with the all powerful OZ? (the man behind the curtain)

Just to be clear, 3.B.5 expires in 2015, NOT 3.B.4.

Your correct, that is the section that deals with bonuses. Winning a grievance over a bonus is beyond unlikely with a exact termination date spelled out in the contract.

Well... no, not "common" knowledge, or I would have seen/heard/read about it before. I don't claim any deep knowledge on these issues, but I think I've got the "common" level covered.

I've no doubt Heiko can answer 3.B.4 questions (among a host of other contract questions) on chitchat; I asked you to support a statement you made here....
