Default DAL SOP for exercising commercial privileges?

Anyone know the company's policy regarding "secondary employment" as a commercial pilot? Let's assume that there is not (and will not be) interference with DAL scheduling (no dropped trips, faux sick-calls, or similar shenanigans).

Are you permitted to do any of the following: banner tow, crop dusting, contract air support (TacAir, ATAC, etc), CFI, skydiving, or sightseeing flights?

I understand that there is a concern with managing cumulative flight time (7/28/365) limits, but my understanding is that only 121/135 operations count towards those limits.

Any light folks can shed would be appreciated.

Being involved in a for-profit company that engages in scheduled transportation of persons/property is prohibited. Being involved with competitors or vendors of Delta is also prohibited.

I can't find a requirement for Flt Ops approval anywhere in the FOM.

Chapter 11

Outside Flying Activity

Pilots must obtain written permission from the Vice President - Flying Operations prior to engaging in any commercial flying outside Delta. An application, located on DeltaNet's Flight Operations > Admin > Applications > Outside Flying, describing the type of flying and affiliation must be submitted. Outside Flying approval will be limited to a 2 year term. Outside flying must not interfere with a pilot's duties and responsibilities, bring discredit to Delta, become a conflict of interest with any Delta SkyTeam partner to include Delta Private Jets Inc. and must not conflict with FAR flight time or rest limitations.
