Interview question about hats!
#41
Rumor has it Kolshack once rudely confronted a hat-less pilot in a boarding area in ATL, turned out to be a corporate pilot (Platinum Medallion) that did a lot of deadheading on us. Would've paid money to watch that.

If you think that the company will discern a cause/effect relationship to missing class seats and our unfinished TA when they don't seem to have mastered the cause/effect relationship of pilot retirements-mainline expansion and required class size going forward, you need a better thinking cap.

Ugh. Enough of the dumb HR questions. We're all human. Not the way to "get to know somebody." That takes days.
Dump HR. Bring pilot candidates in for a few days. Hang out. Talk about real stuff. Drink some beers. Tell stories. That's real. Not the current process.

I told my LCA to wear his hat this morning and he promptly responded with a raised middle finger that only a master such as Goose could do better.
This is as dumb as telling your Sq or Wg Commander to roll down his sleeves.
