So please tell me then Mr Logical where you see the area in which the pilots have the leverage required to get an "industry leading contract in pay, benefits and work rules'? What are you suggesting we do to turn the heat up on management? Or are you suggesting we continue down DALPA's well worn path of selling work rules and PS for self-funded pay rate gains? There is always going to be the loudest group that is all over their reps and social media. Do these people really represent the will of the mainly silent majority or are they extremist views among us? I'd say somewhere in between but it's hard to know. I'm sure the surveys, polls and current input have given the reps a pretty good idea where the group stands. None of us here really know if they are representing the will of the group or not. That's where trust and letting them do their job comes in.
