This.....

I think the trip pull stuff is a perfect example of us giving the company something they can't pull off. This will become unworkable for them and they will "offer us" the ability to back to what we have now. I feel real bad for the company on this one

My thinking on the current iteration of trip pulls is that it is a holding position for the company. I think as is it will only have a minimal effect. Its true value is that it is now in the PWA and it will be continually assaulted in future negotiations.

I am fine with this. We are negotiating with our present leverage. Barring unenviable timing on the "next crisis" I tend to think our leverage will probably increase in the future. So if they couldn't get it through this time I don't see us acquiescing in the future.

Turbo, you and the others 6 whiners can exercise your right to vote no. The rest of us will still cry for you after it passes. I am certain you could have gotten us a lot more, we will put you on the negotiating committee in 2042. $3,100,000,000.00 in improvements is pretty weak...

Turbo,

Why the anger? You can only blame yourself for the wasted donation money on a failed attempt at changing our cba for the last five(?) years!

You and Spackler enjoy the legal fees assessed by the wanna-be legal minds once this TA passes!

It doesn't seem like it would be too hard to see the schedules of pilots getting OE and then see where that trip came from.

You can track the entire history of any trip in DBMS now. I had a choice 21 hour 3 day trip pulled from open time 15 minutes before a window I had a WS request for. Went into DBMS and saw it was pulled for OE. Legal under the current contract which seems to be getting overlooked.
