I am absolutely sure that if we already had the 650,000 hour protection and traded it away for a floor of couple more flights to Europe you would be on here screaming about the huge loss.
The fact is the loss of a couple of flights is a worst case scenario and the company has already announced additional flying that puts them above the 48.5 threshold.

If the number 120 is accurate, we won't even notice it.

I already notice.

I know you want to vote yes no matter what. There is no concession out there that will stop you. You thought the last TA was worth a yes vote. Great. We get it. I do not agree. I think this is still too much concession for the amount of pay we are being offered. If we cannot get a mostly clean contract for industry standard wages at a time of such a huge pilot shortage and record profits, then we have lost.

I get that you think we are worth less than I do.

People keep saying the TA wages are industry standard. They look to me like industry leading.

This is going to be a slam dunk. Will there be a few surprises, most likely after all we are pilots. The guys yelling NO right now are mostly just hedging their future "see!! I am so much smarter than you, do the math, I did the math" .....blah blah blah....
This will pass huge and quick!!

Referring to someone with a different point of view as stupid is telling.

You can't win an argument with folks like that. The boot is too big, or the boot is too small. All the while it's filling up with pee. I respect my fellow pilots and their right to vote either way.
