Yes/No TA Perspective
#91
Typical response from a relatively senior 'Elliot' thinking 'pull up the ladder... I've got mine mentality'. The 'Yes' votes on this POS TA will be the senior pilots with only a few years remaining. Chasing the $$$ and could care less about every Delta pilots QOL... lowering the industry bar. No Vote.

Have you ever actually met one of these mythical no-for-no-reason voters? You demonstrate a complete lack of critical thinking, and a failure to listen, to believe that a significant percentage of our pilots would vote no with no reason. You don't have to agree with any reason a no voter has to vote no, but to think they vote without reason is pretty ignorant.

This site was biased in the opposite end of spectrum then.
The majority of the people you see on here as "yes" voters were strong "no" voters on TA15.
This place was biased to "no" back then because we had a lot of valid ammunition and facts to counter the "yes" voters time value of money argument.
I don't even recognize most of the TA16's "no" crowd, so maybe you guys don't know how it works here. Typically, good, fact based, non emotional, arguments win the day.
Ie., if you want to convince people, you guys should try using more facts, less emotion, and completely cut out the argument that what we agree to now automatically means that area in the the next contract will be worse.
If this place is biased, it's because there is a lack of convincing arguments from the other side.

I'm not sure how 2 wrongs make a right. This is my last post here except for admin questions going forward. If anyone had integrity they would admit it right now. No quibbling, no deflecting. Like a real god damn pilot. The folks that raise issues get hammered without any consequences. It's a shame. Cheers
Nevermind,,,,
Cheers.
