For anyone that really wants to "show management what's up", "stick it to the man", "show management how badly they need us", etc, etc, let this be a reminder of how stacked the cards are against labor in corporate USA.

You can strike all day long to prove your worth and that's respectable, however these guys can and will leave this place millionaires after they pick your pocket and rob you in front of your faces.

That SEC form says he still owns over 232,000 shares after the sale of the 50,000 shares.

Is there a video of the ATL Roadshow? Don't see it on the MEC Contract 2016 web page. Slides only go so far; they don't reflect the tone and enthusiasm level of the presenters, nor the vibe from the crowd. Q & A is not reflected either.

Very few people have more than a rough idea about how that all works.

Our trip rigs, duty rigs and rotation guarantees are VERY important however.

I understand in this cycle the negotiators explored trying to get a flat daily guarantee instead of an average daily guarantee.
They couldn't get it. The price management wanted would have been too high.
Then why the heck didn't our NC say "if you want your sick leave changes, this is what it's going to cost you. You want your LCA pulls, this is what it's going to cost you. You want your JV changes this is what it's going to cost you. And those costs should have been a heck of a lot more that what we got....
