PDT or EDV. I would avoid Envoy.

Additionally, you will gain seniority here fast but as you move up the ranks it will come to a crawling stop because there are a lot of lifers here. Endeavor is a good company don't get me wrong (not perfect) but I think you have better opportunity at Envoy, even more so since you are ex-military. (agree Delta loves that)

Although, there have been some military guys come through Endeavor to get hired OTS with Delta. Read the Endeavor threads as far back as last year for info.
. Agreed, go to Envoy. I'm currently at Endeavor. Retired military. Fighters and transports. Military instructor pilot. Plenty of ME turbine PIC. Attended career fairs, networked, LORs, App reviewed professionally. I haven't heard anything from Delta. Once you are at Endeavor, Delta has real incentive to keep you at Endeavor. You'll fly Delta passengers from Delta gates, employing Delta procedures, at 1/3 of the pay that you'd receive at mainline Delta. I believe that when Delta scores your app, your military experience is not a significant attribute compared to the possibility of paying you 1/3 of what Delta would have to pay you at mainline. If they see Endeavor on your app, I believe that you will not receive an invite to interview with Delta. Don't waste money on career fairs, professional app review services, or other nonsense. Go to Envoy or any airline that has a flow to mainline.

Is this really shocking? Mainline won't hire you outside of a hiring agreement if they have one. Even with Envoy you're going to be there 7 to 10 years before any chance with AA. The point is to keep the regional feed going, not to make you mainline pilot.

Sure, but he'll be at Delta in 6 months if he goes to Envoy.

True.

OP, which would you rather be at? Go to opposite regional.

Watch, he'll come back and say United.

Meh, I disagree with your assessment of the scoring process. I know an EDV guy who got the interview from DL within 6 months of getting hired at EDV. Another was already at DL inside of 5 months of being hired at EDV. Both military.

Get your 121 and fixed wing time, call in to the guys you met down in ATL for your ATP, and you'll be set.
Thanks. As you know that's what I'm leaning towards. Can't help looking at other options though!

Thanks for the info. How long have you been at Endeavor?
