Understand THIS: Momma D ain't upping the pay for YOU! Momma D is upping the pay for MOMMA D!!
Delta doesn't give a damn if you've been doing "an amazing job" for them. Delta doesn't give a damn that you've been "taking it in the shorts for a long time". Delta is upping the pay so they can attract (and perhaps retain) pilots at their regional feeder(s) and continue to make record profits and record executive bonuses!
I'm not saying you should take what Delta is offering and I'm not saying you should hold out for more. I'm just saying that when making that decision, you need to consider what's being offered, why it's being offered, and what are Delta's options if you hold out for more. But don't think that Momma D is rewarding you for your "amazing" performance.

I see how no one has mentioned the fate of the ussp yet...
Remember how Delta handed us an amended version of the ssp, a large group of people turned their noses up at it and look what happened. They yanked the rug right out.
We are at a regional. My bar is set low. It seems like they are trying to raise it substantially. Remember this system was no designed for someone to spend a career here as a pilot. The pay rates most certainly benefit the younger group and flattens out over time.
We will have the best rates out there. Just like the bonus....raising the regional industry as a whole. I imagine all regionals will be looking on as we vote on this contract.
The commuter policy alone has me excited. Then again it doesn't take much for us. I've been raising a family off this income alone for years now and haven't complained once. Cup half full or empty....you decide.

I ran some mental math... sure ebony is offering $40k day 1, but over a three year span Endeavor FOs pay will be equal if not greater. The bonus is a one time deal. This new TA will still pay ~12-$18 more per hour than Envoys pay. Too tired to run the numbers but you get the point

What I found interesting from the conference last night is that senior CAs that are currently maxed out won't need to pick up opentime to avoid a pay drop, under the new TA. Said they'll actually see a pay increase even if they remain at 75 hours credit per month.
