Endeavor hiring spree over!?
I applied with minimums met and a 4 year degree. This is the form letter that I have received.
"Thank you for expressing interest in a Pilot role with Endeavor Air. At Endeavor, we take pride in being a great place to work, offering a family-like culture that is focused on safety, founded on our core values, honest and transparent communications, and committed to excellence in all we do.
Our airline has been fortunate to have had a high volume of quality pilot candidates over the past four months. As a result, we have been able to extend enough offers to pilot candidates to fill our new hire classes through the summer operation.
We will keep your application open within our pool of eligible candidates for future openings. We hope you will continue to remain interested in joining our team. Thank you again for your interest in Endeavor - Blue Skies!"

they will be back for you sooner than that. I have no specific information but candidates have choices out there. Not everyone they have slated for classes will actually show up which means they will be back in the "on-file" resume drawer sooner than you think.

Nothing to see here. We’ve likely hired all we need to cover the new planes we have coming over. Those who wait get left behind...
Then again, I’m hearing rumors that EJets are slated to come on sooner than expected. My contact at C Tower has since moved along to Daddy Delta, so my sources are slim. Can anyone else confirm a renewed plan to accelerate our 175 cert?

The Compass CPA with Delta is set to expire in 2020. How long does it take a company to add a type to its fleet and then open 3 bases and then staff them properly? Compass performance hasn't been bad on our DL side yet. I imagine there's a significant cost in trying to take the planes back before the end of a contract... And the last 6 we lost went to Republic. Let's say the first 175s endeavor gets don't come from cpz. Where do they come from?

90 days?? Took QX/OO/YV about 1 year from announcing the program to revenue flight.. (and that’s probably 3 months of “secret” workshop for it)
