It would be helpful if pilots don’t jump on the Endeavor bandwagon. Good things happen when attrition increases and/or hiring slows. If you think the company has done some negative things recently such as NY parking stipend, reserve grid manipulation, remove upgrade for DH and PS watch how bad it gets if hiring stays strong and watch how things improve if hiring is not strong. STOP recruiting for $2,000 and hurting yourself and other pilots. Try looking at the big picture.

Yes I know hiring would help people get off RSV, upgrade sooner etc. those things will happen and it will be better if the company struggles a little. Look at how much improvement there was in late 2015 and 2016 after attrition went through the roof in 2014.

I’m sure this will get some positive and negatives replies but I felt like it needed to be said. Pilots are no longer a commodity-stop acting like it.

Put me down on the negative camp. If this has to be said out loud on a web board you've already lost and have a unrealistic view of hiring. These things happen organically, not from phone or web board encouragement. Even after the exodus happens organically the company will wait LONG past time needed to turn things around. Certainly say whatever you want, but a pilot is gonna do what a pilot is gonna do.
