Yes I know hiring would help people get off RSV, upgrade sooner etc. those things will happen and it will be better if the company struggles a little. Look at how much improvement there was in late 2015 and 2016 after attrition went through the roof in 2014.
I’m sure this will get some positive and negatives replies but I felt like it needed to be said. Pilots are no longer a commodity-stop acting like it.

It would be helpful if pilots don’t jump on the Endeavor bandwagon. Good things happen when attrition increases and/or hiring slows. If you think the company has done some negative things recently such as NY parking stipend, reserve grid manipulation, remove upgrade for DH and PS watch how bad it gets if hiring stays strong and watch how things improve if hiring is not strong. STOP recruiting for $2,000 and hurting yourself and other pilots. Try looking at the big picture.
