We might have positive or negative perceptions of stations (Baltimore used to be absolutely terrible as a station, I think they've improved recently) but the DESTINATION is about the city, our hotel in BWI was (in my opinion) fairly good.
So if you're a station employee who wants feedback for how your station is perceived, ask about the station.
Outside of the hubs, I'd say EVV is one of the best stations (they hustle there) but the hotel is terrible so it's nothing special as a destination.

My faves, TYS, BVT, LAN, DSM.
Least faves, SHV, MSY (unless I have enough time to get downtown), YUL now that we stay at the Crowne, DFW.
The DFW overnight needs serious help. The hotel is in a great location but the hotel itself is an absolute ****hole. It's worse than the old La Quinta by 6 Flags.

My least favorite of all time was GLH (Greenville, MS) Thankfully Delta dumped that place years ago. I really liked YKF, BOI and SLC, but alas, those are probably gone for ever. Today, I bid to avoid JFK, YUL, YYZ, (all due to cost and lack of anything around) and IAH and MSY in summer (it's too darn hot and humid) I like going to GRR, LEX, and DSM (only if downtown for DSM)

This is a regional. Most of our overnights are pretty mediocre. I could say easily one of my biggest complaints about endeavor is the not as good of standards the hotel committee has for hotel selections compared to my last airline. For the most part we don’t stay at the same places as mainline airlines do. In some cases yeah we do, but rare; mostly we are at the generic Holiday Inn Airport North/South/East/West.
If you’re looking to come to an airline solely on their overnights, most regionals are the same, we stay in a lot of 3 star places, clean, quiet, near the airport or within 10-15 minutes drive. A few places we stay downtown but it’s just a handful of cities. Most places we stay at are Hampton Inns, Holiday Inn, Four Points, Crowne Plaza etc etc. Sometimes a Doubletree or Sheraton here and there. Some cities we stay in boutique hotels like Lexington.
There is always one or two cities that get a lot of complaints, some are deserved, like bed bugs (IND), or it’s in a unsafe location (SHV), a lot more times it’s just people complaining it’s a ihop and not a Waffle House next door.
My biggest complaint is all the hotels that they put us at that are in the middle of office or hotel parks (RDU) with literally no where to go walk other than maybe a gas station (CVG).
But to answer your question, BGR stinks.

SGF Isn’t bad. Easy walk to some good food. For some reason the people on fc view love the local dive bar/ pool hall.

Yea, next time you people are there, walk down to Briar Creek Commons, or see if the van will drive you. Chic fil a, steakhouse, movie theatre, Target, bunch of nice stuff down there. It's a about a mile, but if it's a nice day that's not bad.
