Reserve Times

How do you figure about them losing the lines in Feb? There's another 20+ guys transferring in Feb (vacancy 6) below the guys that are on the bottom in January (vacancy 5).
Heck I'm moving up 40 slots or so in DTW by Feb 1, after having been in roughly the same spot for 7 months.

20-01 will be very telling. And hopefully attrition stays up as well.

In rev 2, there are nearly equal 900 FO’s leaving DTW (or upgrading) as there are FO’s going to DTW. And of those going to DTW, the majority are more senior than the most junior lineholder for Jan. That means the junior line holder gets pushed down, likely back to reserve. Now I’m sure if that happens, It won’t be long to get a line again, but it is likely they will be back to reserve for a month or so.

Hi there, new here. Any updates on reserve times for new hires? How much do you fly per month on reserve currently?
I know this changes but I'm about 4 months out from RATP mins and Endeavor was one of my top choices to apply to.
Thanks!

With the growth and attrition, reserve time should be short depending on base. Most likely reserves will be working more than they will like. Not all working is flying. Some is deadheading and some is airport reserve. But I doubt if anyone will be complaining about not flying, like this time last year.

Considering bout mainline owner turns down 52% of our pilots, may I ask why Endeavor is one of your top choices?

The reasons I am interested are because Endeavor seems to have a good commuter policy in place, slightly higher pay than others and the working relationship between the company and pilots seems to be good as well (just from reading pilot's experiences with crew scheduling etc. on forums, so that might not be saying much) If I'm wrong let me know!
