Yea I'll agree that aviation in general probably lags behind many other industries in that there are a disproportionate amount of grumpy old racist white guys. But by far and away I don't think the problem is that bad here. If you have more than the two instances, write them up. Report them to the eeoc. Coming in here and fuming anonymously isn't going to fix anything. Not for nothing, but two instances among 5000 employees amounts to .0004%.
That fight was unacceptable, this dude in the elevator was unacceptable. Neither of them work here anymore. They don't point to a broader systematic issue of culture.
I'm also not 100% how other companies root out racism in the interview like you suggest. That would be really really tough.

It is unfortunate that a lot of pilots and employees at Endeavor air hold racist ideologies. The company needs to try to provide education and training to all employees since Delta and Endeavor does not vett for such behavior traits during the hiring process like most airlines do. I hope things will improve in the future.
You cited two examples and one was a false flag operation. Put up the proof or stop race baiting, crap like that is part of the problem in today’s society. Is it that hard to respect one another even if you disagree?

I've been here 2 years and have only flown with 1-2 captains I wouldn't want to fly with again. No one has been racist or sexist. We have a pretty diverse pilot group.

I've flown at Endeavor (and predecessor companies) for a long time, with literally hundreds of pilots and I'm not sure I can think of one who expressed racist attitudes to me.
Your mileage may vary but I wouldn't say we have a "Racism Culture" by any measure. If we did, I think the proper English would be a "racist culture", which we also don't have.
Please go troll somewhere else.
