You and many others here obviously weren't around last time. There were many reason that a downgraded CA retained his pay. Why would you think any number of those don't apply now? I asked the questio purely due to the fact I read it included future realignments but missed the date the LOA was no longer valid.

Also to add to all of you arguing the 4th stripe on the blazer. The company put out a memo stating that they did not have to remove the blazsr stripe but the hat and epaulets should match you position. If and when we see downgrads we can all follow the companies position via memo at that time.

It's sad how some of you act in here, but to each his own. I'll be a downgraded Captain more than likely with my LCP letter collecting dust. I will be there doing my job as an FO.

LCP that could get downgraded. Were you one of those quick upgrades, return to work?

Yes 2017 return to work with immediate upgrade. Left in 2014 after 6.5 years of reserve.

maybe if you would have stayed you wouldn’t get a possible downgrade?

Ugh, was that necessary? I’m sure that is painfully obvious at this point

Looks like demand is slowly coming back. Hopefully Delta doesn’t screw this up. Flights have been full. Based on my machine of knowledge and quick napkin math, we should hit 500k by June 20th. If we hit 70% of last years numbers by September I think we’ll be okay.
