Never been happier to be wrong. 450 pilots needed is correct. By start of summer 22.

We got 1500 applications this week.

So 450 over the next 14 months? I'll take that. Is that part of the already cjos? I missed the townhall.

They didn't say the breakdown of how that would be accomplished. Just said 450 total to staff summer 22

Approximately 30 pilots per month till June 2022 if it were evenly spaced out. Not bad.

I wonder what level of attrition they are planning on

or if there is something else they are planning for

Well they said on the call it was a 46% increase in flying planned. That we'll have all the original dual class planes. Including the G7 700's we never finished onboarding. Plus the additional 10 200's. We were at like 2050 pilots before the pandemic and we're at like ~1900 now. So I guess I get it.

We're still paying for the ATP/CTP. That's all they said. So yes they're considering everyone

Maybe it'll be over several bids. Interestingly ICIMS has been updated to show 100 spots available instead of 450.
