Word on the street is……… no retention bonuses…. I know.. bummer…. However! 40 a month will be getting delta seniority numbers starting at the top and working down. The flow stays at 20 a month. Get your mainline seniority number until the flow catches you and head on over to mainline with seniority in the bank.

Delta can hire whoever they choose. Giving out additional seniority #s and only taking 20 a month doesn't change the LOA. They could even take more a month 25% of the list a year if I remember. That's just in the LOA for flow down rights. They can choose to take more however they want to.

Don't mind the guys who like to attack others for wanting the ability to make their own personal medical decisions. Unfortunately, Endeavor is requiring it of new-hires. Hopefully there is enough resistance, internally and externally, that will stop the coercion of the jab. There is a large portion of us who disagree, but the company and union seem to be fine with it.

If you pick your company based on mandates, you’re doing it wrong - they’re all going to require it soon enough.
