Well, if the pilot was going to work 5 days a week every week that might be a good comparison. Im just focusing on the conversation not the people here, higher min days might be something to grab if you're not going to get a flow for 8months (when delta figures out edv attrition is as big an issue as newhires, responds, and fixes it, and it takes 4-6 months to fix it)

Sure. His point though was that apparently he was making less than someone flipping burgers. Which means he must live near the most impressive burger joint in the world.

Hmm... I currently have CJO from Endeavor (April) and Envoy (November). And I am really torn. I am very drawn to Endeavor as a company... the whole interview process seemed very professional and I was actually very impressed. And I understand that Endeavor didn't treat their pilots badly during the hard times especially during the pandemic.

But Envoy is currently offering a lot more to new hires and it is attractive as well.... So I find myself leaning for Envoy with earlier class date too. Flow is a nice backup.

I still have a few weeks to finally decide which regional I'll go to - If Endeavor offers flow or some kind of bonus like Envoy that would be great and I think I'll stick with Endeavor! I'm waiting for a good news!

Go envoy.. Those 6 months will make a world of a difference.

And i would also say, as a guy who was an FO and DID make less than a guy flipping burgers, he should settle down too. I'm just always in favor of every group pressing a negotiating advantage while theyve got it, and a 5hr minday might fix some issues.

It's gonna be a wild ride. Seems things are getting worse too with new hires coming onboard. Aka Oct schedules
