Im just focusing on the conversation not the people here, higher min days might be something to grab if you're not going to get a flow for 8months (when delta figures out edv attrition is as big an issue as newhires, responds, and fixes it, and it takes 4-6 months to fix it)

Hmm... I currently have CJO from Endeavor (April) and Envoy (November). And I am really torn. I am very drawn to Endeavor as a company... the whole interview process seemed very professional and I was actually very impressed. And I understand that Endeavor didn't treat their pilots badly during the hard times especially during the pandemic.
But Envoy is currently offering a lot more to new hires and it is attractive as well.... So I find myself leaning for Envoy with earlier class date too. Flow is a nice backup.
I still have a few weeks to finally decide which regional I'll go to - If Endeavor offers flow or some kind of bonus like Envoy that would be great and I think I'll stick with Endeavor! I'm waiting for a good news!
