Heard we’ve had 80 plus resignations so far this month. Can anyone confirm this?

Project that to the end of the month, it could be 80 for the month. That may be at the beginning of the rumor. may be even more by Sept. 30.

Resignations received after the 15th are usually counted towards the following month's numbers, as most people are still giving 2 weeks' notice... I'm expecting 50 to 60 as the final total for Sep, but we'll see...

you’re not that far off . In a rolling 30 days your still talking 60 to 70 heading out of here . Delta/Endeavor is looking at a holiday meltdown if one factors in sick calls that spike during holidays and the amount of FA’s that will quit with no PS commute . (JB was smart enough to keep it) . They might actually have to offer 300 percent pick ups and really should consider keeping PS home .

I think over 90 in September and over 100 in October. I’m not sure how management thinks retention and flow and cap are working.
