Thinking is one thing but facts are another . People can think and say all they want but the truth and facts are the final say. I agree with you . It’s not working . NJ told them that the Retention bonus (especially being less than American WO’s) was not going to work and that was prior to all the regionals getting massive pay and benefit increases. I mean I can “think” that I can sing like Steve Perry but does not change the fact that I can’t sing for crap😂.

They don’t. Delta is in section 6. They’re using y’all as pawns to low ball DALPA. If they offer nothing, DALPA can’t come back and whine because 9E is making $100 and hour and they offer $108 which would be 20% raises. AA is gonna have to pay out their behinds in their section 6 to their legacy pilots. Delta is using you to get a better deal. They’ve done it in the past, they don’t care what happens to their golden child. Freedom 2.0 can spring right back up when they want but after pen hits paper.

Thats what delta really thinks of their pilots, they dont deserve anything. That’s why they sell the kool aid and push the delta south culture so hard. Behind it is a bunch of people who sick psyche evals on anyone who speaks out against their mgt.

I was just told 90 resignations in Sept by a nyc cp. Now if that's 90 leaving this month or 90 letters turned in that run into the first week of Oct who knows.

You're absolutely right about DAL retaliation. Delta uses their influence with the FAA to destroy whistleblowers. Our CEO has had the role of "enforcer" doing just that. Look up how many times he has been in court when DAL gets sued for ruining people's lives. DAL reminds me of the mob.

The July sen list shows 1048 ca and 961 fo.
The problem is not attrition, the problem is pilots. Paid too much and too much time on their hands.

Work more or get hobbies, 'youse bums.

Based on the July sen list, by dumping the 200 management just freed up 236 ca and 181 fo.

Attrition indeed!

cute

Check out LOA 91. Fleet guarantee of 109 till 2026
It's not rocket science. As enthusiast as Nick is at trying to find a solution to 9E's problems, the answer was there all along.

9E's future is LOA 91.
