Grooming standards evolve along with society. It’s no longer the 1950s. It’s time our industry ditched 20th-century grooming standards and got with the times.

Short, well-groomed beards are now considered perfectly professional in nearly every other segment of American society. I challenge you to ask anyone on the street under the age of 80 whether or not a short well-trimmed beard is professional, and I’m willing to put money down that 9 out of 10 will answer in the affirmative.
