Default Who will get the 90 new 175s?

BREAKING

American Airlines placed an order for 260 aircraft this morning, which includes 85 Airbus A321neo, 85 Boeing 737 Max 10 and 90 Embraer E175 aircraft. Orders to begin as soon as 2025.

Perhaos Piedmont and PSA get some of the 175 and retire the 145 and CRJ900

My guess is that Endeavor won't be included in this order.

My guess is all three will merge. Peidmont will no longer fly the 145s.

My guess is the original poster doesn’t know the difference between Endeavor and Envoy. Or this was graduate level trolling.

My guess is they all go to Envoy. Piedmont flight shuts down. Ground handling lives on.

Air Wisconsin is purchased for a song and brought under the umbrella of mother AA. They inherit these new aircraft and continue the proud tradition of ATW as the deuce fades into the sunset. The Appleton Sheraton (or whatever it’s called now) explodes with new hire trainees spending their bonuses on 30 racks of Pabst whilst playing poker at the underground pool. The United States curling team wins gold in 2026, thus restoring the balance upset by the last winter games. All is well in the world.

AA is scoped out, so Republic and SKW will have to reduce their 175 flying.

I know this needs to go to the AA thread, but with an NB order of 170 airplanes, the percentage of allowed RJs goes up. The cap on small RJs cannot exceed 75% of the number of AA narrow-body ACs, and the number of large RJs cannot exceed 40% of the number of narrow-body A/Cs.
