First off, there have been no furloughs yet post ISL, so why even bring it up.

Secondly, take Mesaba's history and apply an out of seniority furlough. They could have furloughed Avro pilots and Saab pilots in the past fleet reductions while new hires with their epaulettes upside down kept their jobs on the "9".

You aren't getting it, no one is for an out of seniority furlough. The ISL resulted in what is essentially the same as an out of seniority furlough (at least that is their point -- agree or disagree).
