Losing about 20-30 a month, but that should pick up even more as the SSP and flows leave. Right now they are downgrading captains to fill the right seat and for the reduction of CRJ200's.

How many 200's have they lost so far, how many/month are they scheduled to loose over, say, the next year?

As far as DTW has gone (the largest 200 base by far) Captains seem at to slightly below proper staffing (for a regional) FO.... HA good luck finding any. All hands on deck doesn't begin to describe the lack of FO's here at this point. That's what this type of BS pay will get you. And the latest round of downgrades will only prove to accelerate things.

The new management may actually make the place work well, but it will take another year at least.
The pay scales are insulting (especially FO rates) and the future is uncertain. If they can't staff it, they could always shut it down.
The SSP is a pseudo-guaranteed Delta interview, with an abbreviated 1 day vs. 2 day interview process.

Someone correct me if I am wrong, but I believe only people who were on the seniority list when the bridge agreement was signed are eligible for the SSP? Meaning any new hires would not be eligible for it so don't think you would have a fast track to Delta at Endeavor
