Default Endeavor Conference Call

Heard a few interesting tidbits

By far the most interesting was no planned upgrades until 2nd quarter 2015.

Also interesting was that endeavor will be hiring a company to promote the endeavor name not to passengers but to prospective pilots!

Confirmed no b scale or flow talks whatsoever. Possible SSP modifications!

Why would we tell our friends to take the chance on the remote yet to be announced, possibility that Delta will throw us some substantial carrots.
Friends don't let friends Endeavor

Default Endeavor Conference Call

They said they had some technical difficulties recording the call so it won't be released to the rest of the pilots.

I was asked to clarify information regarding the potential for upgrades described in prior posts in this Forum regarding the timing and duration of upgrades and pay retention for Captains moving to FO.

Captain upgrades will occur in most, if not all realignments, as our pilots outflow to Delta, etc.

The reference to 2nd quarter was in response to a more targeted question regarding the timing of a return of those downgraded returning to a Captain's position. The response was that the worst case scenario indicated the end of Q2 for the last downgraded pilot, but that anticipation was that all would be restored in early 2015.

Thanks to all who participated.

It's funny every time I see the name "Endeavor" I still ask who is that? Good luck to everyone bailing. Unlike 2008 there are a ton of places hiring.

In this day and age with the better tier commuters hiring (AWAC, SkyWest, etc) I'm not sure why someone would go to other places unless they had a skeleton in the closet. The entire idea behind going to a crap company is a quick upgrade to GTFO, without that there is not much of a reason to pick them.

Sure with the little asterisk that those spots will not be restored in DTW, MSP, ATL, or MEM... they will be restored in New York.

We really need to add another category on the system bid sheet. They need to add Resign as a position. I have talked to plenty of people that are with me in saying if I am displaced resignation will be next. I will not commute for 37k with no upgrade in sight.

That was the exact reason that caused me to leave. Nobody deserves to be treated and compensated that poorly. Nobody. What a joke of an operation.
