What's the current pass/fail ratio on the SSP? The only dog I've got in the fight is several friends that are still trying to escape over there. Based on how we were treated under Delta when I was there, I was VERY wary of the SSP. There's nothing in there that says Delta won't just interview a bunch of people, tell them TBNT, then say they've met their obligation, now get back to work, plebe. I saw too much bait and switch while I was there to get excited about anything that came down through that bankruptcy.

Must be a captain or on LOA for SSP interview. There was a recent change removing the 1-year freeze for new captains to allow SSP interviews. FOs, including downgrades, are not eligible, unless I missed another change.

Pass rate hovering around 60%, but the smaller groups can significantly skew the percentages.

This is the correct information. The union wants only current captains interviewing.

What prevents Delta from hiring a group of pilots, then right before they report for class, tells them they have to work at Endeavor? Due to the arrangement of 9E and DAL, this isn't fraud.

That won't happen, but I still think you will see something in C2015 at Delta that will bring at least the E-jets to mainline. I heard again that the Marketing/Revenue peeps really want 83 seats in those airplanes.

Everything about the Endeavor deal is fraud starting with the Pinnacle bankruptcy.

Starting with the "sale" of Mesaba to Pinnacle.

I know that 99.9999% of the Mesaba guys hate the sale (heck, probably all), but this Pinnacle guy really appreciates all that you guys have brought to the table. I've flown with great Captains, and I have seen improvements in many areas (like training) I wouldn't have ever thought oP would get.

In conclusion, sorry you guys got "sold" to us, but despite all the crud, it's been better for many of us. I hope you guys have seen that not all Pinnacle guys are the cowboys we inherited the moniker from.

All I can say is I think my jaw just hit the floor. I do not think I have ever seen a Pinnacle pilot say something good about Mesaba. The majority of pilot from all three airlines are great. Of course all three have their tools also.
