LGA will continue to award junior with backfilling. The quotas are minus on the XJ side so basically for the next year, expect downgrades based on Bloch. This is what happens when one pilot group or two can't agree to DOH.

And the Bloch numbers are hard numbers of when we merged, gaining or losing airplanes doesn't change this.
