Observant speculation. The fact that a program to offer new hires an interview is being discussed is hardly a secret. The question becomes what to do with the guys in the void between SSP and the new arrangement. I can't imagine they'll be hung out to dry.

I see. Well, I think Envoy will pick up hiring at a rate which exceeds our ability unless some kind of career progression is warranted.

The 200 is the only "growing" fleet, so better QOL in theory exists there. I would say 2-3 months to a line on the -200. Maybe 5-6 on -900.
It's hard for anyone to say because the fleet is just starting to grow. The hiring seems to have stabled which allows us to move guys to DL therefore creating movement in all seats.
