Kind of, there is quite a bit of us looking to upgrade from previous carriers as well as all the 2015 hires reaching their time and clicking the yes boxes. Guys just thinking about coming over Now that haven't even interviewed and are being told they will upgrade in 6 monthes might be a little disappointed

There will be plenty of upgrades available. But there's always that chance the music will stop. Nah! 30-40 leaving every month, some CA some FO. Probably 6 mo from DOH is more realistic.

30 to 40? Only moved up 5 spots from Jan to Feb, and 25 spots from Feb to Mar.

This is frustrating. There are a number of pilots relying on 17-01 to switch bases, upgrade etc for QOL purposes.

I was taught that a couple is two, a few is 3, several is 5. So if the company would do their norm, I'd say at least 6 weeks. H$ll, 3 years ago we were supposed to have EFB's

Even I'm at the very bottom of DTW 200 FO, I'm just looking for some of those marooned NY FOs to bump me up. On the 200 We have around 50 departures per day out of DTW and 20 out of JFK. So common sense would say DTW should be a little more than twice as big right?

(Not counting TDYs), We have 70 FOs in DTW and 62 in JFK. As well as 63 in LGA and only 41 in MSP. You have to think that NY is big enough now and they'll start to let some of those people move to the other bases.

All of a sudden you look at the bid packs and JFK and LGA are extremely fat and DTW and MSP are thin on FOs.
