So you obviously had the time but was your seniority number good enough to hold it? It looks like a return to work took the last captain spot and you had to be below 1300 by the looks of it to swim with the pack.

They've really screwed up this vacancy for a lot of people, it sounds like you put in an issue form, but if you didn't, definitely do it now.

The biggest thing I want to see from this is a clarification on how the 24.H.2 process actually works. The contract is extremely vague, other than saying they will reduce the minimums, with no explanation on how it actually happens.
