If someone is senior to you, but has less than the min company hours is waived down to, and you have more company hours than required, you should get the award.

You: EMP# 1251. 1,001 121 hours, 1900 TT, 600 CT
Him: EMP # 842. 6,000 121 hours, 7,000 TT, 400 CT

Award is waived down to 1,250 TT and 500 CT.

You SHOULD get the award, not him. That's the way I understand it.

Next bid, he will get the award, and be senior to you, pushing you down one spot.

Are total flight hours or total 121 hours even a consideration at that point? That's what I want to know as it will help me decide whether to push for max hours each month or a QOL schedule.

It's not about entitlement. It's about following rules that are in place being followed, plain and simple. Anyone who has been on property more than 18 months and is still an FO is there because they want to be.

The entitlement is quite amazing. Especially since this company is only recently upgrading guys who waited 8+ years for the opportunity to be Captain.

Most junior FO's that got base swaps this last vacancy. ATL-200 FO Jan 17 hire, DTW-200 FO Feb 17, DTW-900 FO Oct 16, MSP-200 Jul 16, MSP-900 FO Oct 16. You may go to New York initially, but you will be able to move fairly soon.

FWIW MSP900/DTW900 went as low as Sept 16. A bit of a surprise.

Anyone's flica showing an error in block? Yesterday for April I was showing 98 block. Now it's 60. No trip has been removed, I'm assuming there's a error.

Yup, I'm at 48.5 block from 85 and my credit is down from 115 to 105

FLICA tax?

Yup; lost the block for an entire 4 day trip I picked up; but not the credit.

JFK is still junior?
I'd be more interested in flying the -900, regardless of base; however a NY-area base would be perfect for me as I'm from the area.

Newhires will likely go 2/9 LGA for the time being.

This is literally goes back and forth. They were doing only JFK for Oct-Dec of last year, then it kinda went even, now its largely 2 LGA2s for every LGA9.

EV CRJ 200s and CRJ 200 longevity

at last count we are currently on EV transplant number 5.... 2 are currently in service... 2 went directly to heavy check.. and number 5 is in "bridge" inspection in MSP... the acars software setup is different from the 9E fleet... avionics is still working on finding the decoder ring to figure it all out... as far as 200 longevity our 2017 "flight plan" has us prepping for the ads-b mod.. this has been slated at $60k for every 200 we install it on... we all know daddy D savors every penny they have.. what I am getting it at is, personally I don't see Eddie Bastian spending over $40 million for a mod not needed til 2020 unless he thinks 200s will be around after that... I will believe it when they actually get the mod done though.. In addition just couple weeks ago... RG said don't be surprised to see more EV to 9E in 2018.
