Ok, I'll play naive here. What are the upgrade statistics at 9E compared to others? Also, what does average year 2 FO pay look like? How about year 3 average Capt pay?

Just so you know, you can usually see your schedule on crewtrac, flica, or fcview before schedules are posted on pbs. You don't have to wait all day.

Regarding career progression. There has to be some master plan for the incoming storm. I'm having a hard time understanding how we will be able to attract new hires, and keep pilots on property for the next 10 years.
