Regarding SmittyB stating the 4 hour min guarantee being "industry leading", Skywest has had 4 min for some time.

4 hr min day was a carryover from the Mesaba contract to the joint contract. They had it over 10 years ago.

Probably a silly question, but is anyone else having trouble getting a home loan with this bonus structure? I can't get a single lender to validate it as income without having a two year payment history.

Without counting this income, we obviously can't qualify for anything. Anyone else out there having the same problem?

Just went through the process and same problem. Lenders won't consider it unless you have a two year history with it. I also have the problem that I'm building a house with my in-laws as they are aging and their health is deteriorating. They just moved all of their retirement money into some annuities accounts and therefore we can't use their income either. So our solution is we are doing what is called a portfolio loan essentially and in house loan with our bank. We fortunately have a long history with this bank and they are working with us on this until we can roll it over to a standard loan.

Good luck

Have you tried talking to Wings Financial? They might be more in tune with what is going on.

It makes a whole lot of sense to operate the entire E-jet fleet at END, and have mainline pilots fly them. The lease back program would be under bid by Endeavor, which would bleed money here, but would show massive profits for mainline. Endeavor would then be kept afloat by free cash injections like the retention bonus. This would provide a boost to EPS, without any effect on the bottom line, or any additional mainline balance sheet debt.

What is a E195?

E170/175/190... Isn't 190 the biggest E-Jet in the U.S. currently?
