OVERTIME AND BONUS INCOME: In most cases a lender will count overtime and/or bonus pay as “qualifying” income if the borrower has a history of overtime and/or bonus pay from the borrower’s current employer for a minimum of two years. The employer must verify the number of overtime hours and/or anticipated bonus income that is likely to continue for it to be used as “qualifying” income.

two year history verified by W-2's and continuation verified by employer on VOE (verification of employment)

The 190 is the biggest E-Jet currently flown by a US carrier, yes. But there is such a thing as a 195, and it's in service with various foreign carriers. It's a little bit bigger than a 190.

Ha, the rumor is E195s to mainline. I wonder if there are additional E175s coming too; Probably. It's been pretty clear management was replacing the 50s with 76s, and the 76s with mainline. It makes a whole lot of sense to operate the entire E-jet fleet at END, and have mainline pilots fly them. The lease back program would be under bid by Endeavor, which would bleed money here, but would show massive profits for mainline. Endeavor would then be kept afloat by free cash injections like the retention bonus. This would provide a boost to EPS, without any effect on the bottom line, or any additional mainline balance sheet debt.

That is the whole purpose of a holding company.... it allows one to make money while the other can head to bankruptcy and play the game to continue squashing the fair share of work.

Yes, and this is how it also works in the airline world. Delta has shifted its earnings via accounting to show that its ancillary businesses make all the money. They then claim poverty come negotiations time, and you wind up with "cost neutral" contracts. The senior pilots don't think scope affects them, however, it is the single biggest issue by far.

In that case, all this talk is still just voodoo.
Good on you guys for having some upgrades, though!
As far as the questions on upgrade time, it can be quite misleading after times of little to no hiring. And with the bloch quotas, it's even more unclear. What happens in situations like this is when things start moving, it's just shuffling and nothing happening at first... but if it goes over a certain hump, it's like a light switch being flipped on in regards to progression.
