The iTunes agreement has nothing to do with our lease. I don't know if that was a poor attempt at humor or if TW actually believes we are idiots. There is absolutely no excuse for this. Well... ok i guess you mean spell check. Florida education system, so maybe theres a speed check on the phone, does it have anything to do with my flaps?

Anyhow, delta and apple have a lot of mutual hate. Delta has a concern with the Apple legal agreement, and Apple knows microsoft won't support delta tablet need without a giant price tag so they're shrugging at our timeline. RA is on the board for Boeing and I have to believe someone's trying to run the Apple agreement in the ground so they have to go blow 3x the money -or whatever it is- for the microsoft product that sucks anyhow (still better than flight cases though).

If we have to carry charts for 8 more months so Delta can feel like they won a meaningless negotiation with Apple then so be it. I'd bet rich guys doing rich guy favors would tank the Ipad deal just to give RA and his boys more money at Microsoft. Investors cant say anything because Delta can pretend they tried.

Whatever, it'll get worked out or it won't. Good news. Next place will have them, get those resumes polished.

What do you want to bet that TW has nothing to do with the hows or whys the iPads are delayed? Honestly unless you were in the room during negotiations or have some legal knowledge we don't, maybe just maybe the prudent course of action would be to patiently and quietly wait until the deal is finalized one way or another. Also I did not find the memo to be condescending, I do however find your post to be disrespectful. Cheers Mate

Haha, I'm with you on that. Darn public school education. At least I can laugh at myself too. My sentiment remains unchanged about the snide comment about rereading our iTunes agreement. It is also unchanged that the company is seriously dropping the ball on this and the communication with the pilot group. Stop blowing hot air at us and give a realistic timeline.

We're all frustrated to not have the iPads yet, but let's keep it professional. They'll get here.

On a side note, is anyone having problems logging in on the new FC View update?

Agreed. I seriously dislike Mustache, but I think ****ting on his memo is misplaced. There is nothing wrong with it aside from the delay itself.

I think that may be a contractor, "OTG" if memory serves, who does all the public iPads in say, LGA.

I heard their iPads no longer have any iTunes software on them. They can't be updated and require no iTunes agreement. They are only capable of doing what they do OTG style.
