Hey all! I start class on the 14th and was just curious if anyone could tell me how often they pay. I wasn't sure if it was every 2 weeks, once a month or what. Thanks in advance

Every two weeks. One check is a standard 37.5 hour check the other is 37.5 plus any extra plus per diem.

Paydays are 1st and 15th of the month approximately, not every two weeks. 37.5x$30/hr=1125 every check. per diem added to 15th paycheck. $3,000
check for getting hired. $6666 check every 4 mos as retention bonus. Correct me if im wrong. All numbers are Gross not net.

Sorry, but that's incorrect. Every two weeks would be 26 pays. We get paid the 1st and 16th of every month for 24 pays. The check in the 1st is half your guarantee as he said. The check on the 16th is the other half of guarantee plus overtime and per diem. The bonuses are paid out on or about the 18th of May, September, and January. Each bonus check will be $7666.66 before deductions. Your first one will be prorated, maybe about a third of that.

37.5 hrs is half on monthly guarantee of 75hrs. Once online you will probably
credit above that. Credit above guarantee also goes on 15th check.

Oh yeah, I seem to recall something about new hires NOT getting the extra $3k in the bonus so maybe your bonus check will just be the $6666 for the first year. I'm not to up on that since it doesn't apply to me.

New hires get $3,000 bonus on completion of training then $20,000 annual retention bonus which goes to $23,000 after 1st anniversary I think. Retention bonuses are every 4 mos and next one is due the middle of May.
