United has 25% and American has 15%. It’s a bit of a wild thought, but if delta were to buy out United and American… Dissolving Republic would be a possibility. And all those republic pilots would get longevity at endeavor since we added Teamsters to the list of pilots who get longevity.

It’s kinda far fetched but the timing of us adding 175’s and adding teamsters Union to the longevity list AND republic pausing hiring makes a guy think

Still no longevity pay/vacation bumps for employees already on property for their former airline service though, just the incentive to go elsewhere and get credit for the time...we have just upgraded CAs and upgradeable FOs going to other airlines where they get CA bonus and pay bumps for their previous time, not just here at EDV but the airline that went bankrupt while they were there...

I’m not sure how this applies to my tin foil hat theory. The latest LOA includes ALPA and TEAMSTER unions in longevity match.

So you're saying that EDV has fresh CAs bailing for other regionals because they can get a bonus there? They sacrifice all of their seniority for that? That doesn't pass the sniff test.

Think one year FO here with 3 years Xpress FO, becomes CA and off to PSA with better bonus and 4 years pay rate on day one…

But it’s the union looking the other way for people on property with prior time who are paid less than imports! That is NOT protecting our people first.
