If we keep getting new hires and 900 vacancies that go unfilled it could be as short as 3-6 months. That being said I am the most senior JFK reserve this month yet I have been here 4 1/2 years. I sat near the bottom of JFK for most of that time...in the last two months I went from near bottom reserve to where I may have a line next month. Point is, it is a moving target, but with momentum in hiring being what it has been and if it continues, you may be lucky and not be on reserve for very long.

Potentially a bit more than MSP or DTW, especially on the 200, but it seems all categories are and will continue getting movement. What that means is there shouldn't be any real big disparities in reserve time across categories. For example I don't think you will see base X have near zero reserve time while base Y has nearly a year of reserve. So as a newbie, I would still take living in base or the easiest commute.

As PA28 has pointed out a various times, the past performance does not necessarily predict future performance with Endeavor. What was stagnation following the economic crash of '08 and then the company's own merger plus subsequent bankruptcy are now in the rearview mirror. I'm not trying to say those who were affected by the Bloch award don't have a right to their feelings, but to new hires that is really just an FYI on the history of the company. If you're flying with a guy who is referencing the Bloch award, you won't be confused anymore as to what they are talking about.

Does anyone know or can provide me with a recruiter's email or phone number ? I've been unable to find a contact number or email ?
What I am trying to find out is - most operators right now are giving full credit for rotorcraft hours towards the requirements. I just want to be sure that Endeavor does also. For example I know Skywest only gives half-credit.
Thanks a bunch for all the help
