I'm not a never say never kind of guy but there are a lot of new hires that have told me if they 'messed with the flow', they would quit... as in nearly every one that I've talked to when the subject came up. I didn't come to Envoy because of the flow but it was sold to new hires heavier than any other benefit as the reason to come here.

So yeah, I don't think they can mess with the flow in any meaningful way.

The question then is how you define meaningful. I define it as one less pilot than is supposed to flow. Probably people won't quit over a relatively minor infraction, but who knows where the line is drawn for everyone. Hopefully the conpany isn't stupid and honors it completely.

Maybe Skyvector knows what they are planning to do...

Well being that you're a proud former member of the Riddle demo team (or what're it was that you spewed), this shouldn't affect you because you undoubtedly have offers from all of the legacies, but you're holding out for a widebody f/o position.

The flow should be a back pocket option for everyone and not be relied upon as a guarantee.

I think everyone agrees that he's an annoying troll with way too much time on his hands. The point I was trying to make is if you keep quoting him and responding to him, as if he is actually like that in real life, you're just getting yourself all bent out of shape for no reason. Put him on ignore and don't get your panties in a wad over someone who gets off on being annoying.
