Congratulations New Captains!

Envoy's upgrade is officially just under 2 years. I'm very happy for all who are upgrading...these are exciting times and you all should be proud.

That is great! A lot of people, myself included, owe Ric an apology. Bucket made it!

Envoy Haters Club in 3, 2...

( I can't wait and see how they attempt to twist this into a bad thing )

Don't you know they lied! They promised a 2.5 year upgrade. And now it's sub 2. Once again they aren't upholding their promises!

This is great news congrats to all. It took me quite a bit longer before I was able to move seats . I flew with some very seasoned guys who taught me a lot of what I know today. I experienced a lot of different situations in my short 8.5 years in the right seat which I am now able to use in the left. I question how the transition will be for guys with only 2 years under their belt. Of course we all know how to fly, but when it comes to making those PIC decisions will some of these guys have issues? I guess time will tell good luck to all.

It's definitely on the job training if you have less than 2 years but it also depends on the airline operation too such as maintenance and a competent dispatch. That's most of the battle for new CAs.

Considering I was a 7 year upgrade just last October. I'm impressed.
