Get JM into day 7 forces them to DH the following day, and assuming you take the money instead of 2 return days you can turn that into 16 hours of pay.

OK, 2 JM days would pay 8 hours. I wish it was 16, but it's only 8. JM is the greater of 4 hours per day OR 200 percent (not 4 hours at 200 percent).

You get those 8 hours or 200% PLUS 2 return days if you are taken below 11 days off. You can instead turn each return day into 4 hours straight pay in addition to the JM pay. 8 + 4 + 4= 16
