Default Training Contract?

I’m looking for a regional that doesn’t have a training contract and had originally posted this in the Endeavor forum but am now wondering about Envoy.

There is no training contract (or other type of employment contract) of any kind, correct? Meaning a new hire is not expected to pay back expenses of any kind (training, travel, etc.) if they quit during or immediately after training (even before or during OE), correct?

Also... How does pay work during training? Bi-weekly? How soon does the first check come during training? Also, is per diem issued in a separate check/payment?

Do bonuses have to be paid back if a new hire quits before completion of OE?

Thanks.

[QUOTE=KingAirDriver86;2468239]I’m looking for a regional that doesn’t have a training contract and had originally posted this in the Endeavor forum but am now wondering about Envoy.

There is no training contract (or other type of employment contract) of any kind, correct?......If you don’t take any of the bonuses or the ATP-CTP course that they pay for....Meaning a new hire is not expected to pay back expenses of any kind (training, travel, etc.) if they quit during or immediately after training (even before or during OE), correct? I don’t think that you would be required to repay any other training or travel expenses

Also... How does pay work during training? Bi-weekly? .......You are paid 15th and 30/31st of the month.....How soon does the first check come during training? Mailed Also, is per diem issued in a separate check/payment?....Per diem is included in payroll check

Do bonuses have to be paid back if a new hire quits before completion of OE? ........
Are you really asking this question?

If you leave within a year of being hired, you are required to repay the entire bonus. If you leave after 1 year but less than 2, you pay back a pro-rated amount. After 2 years, you can keep it all. (someone correct me if I'm wrong)

Sounds like you should stay driving that King Air. No one with any integrity or self respect thinks of those questions. I mean seriously. Kinda like going to the police station and saying, Hmm..... If I were to rob a bank, whats the best way to do it without getting caught and going to jail? Better yet, mam, I know your only $20 for the evening, but you're clean right? Ok I believe you... Here's your $20 and the tip. . I love a good thick white liquid (Pen VK) with a 6inch needle in the morning. LOVE IT!!!! Takes the sting away....Eventually. Some peoples folks should have thought about deglutition. YIKES!!!!!

Also sounds like he wants to get a type/atp and be paid and quit for a SWEET contract job. Seems ligit....

No you must accept it. And you can not leave for Delta 6 months after starting at Envoy. It’s forbidden.

Yes. There was a guy in class awhile back that did just that. Others take the bonus and just put it in savings and don't touch it in case they decide to leave and need to pay it back.
